Tags all files in the current directory. B (ALLFILES) ▒ Bosskey If the BOSS comes, then press this key..... You can type DIR and CLS, exit by pressing ENTER. C/- (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Clear all tagged files (local) You can use the - key instead of the A key. This clears all the tagged files. D (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Display information This tells you info about the file, at the menu bar. Filesize : What size does the file have. Unzipsize: The filesize when unzipped. Filetype : Show filetype GIFinfo : Resolution of the GIF. Infotext : Displays the full information, in the FILES.BBS. Totals : Display total number of bytes in directory. Giflited : Is the file GIFLITED? E (GIF) ▒ Edit slideshow Edits the external slideshow selected with ALT S. SPACE : Tag/untag C : Clear all tags A : Tag all P : Pack and delete files not tagged I : Invert tags ENTER : View this picture ESC/F10 : Back to menu UPARROW : Move one up DOWNARROW : Move one down PGUP : Page up PGDOWN : Page down F (ALLTYPES) ▒ Find a text (local) This allows you to find a certain file/text, so you don't have to browse thru the filelist, if you allready know what to look for. Works in the current directory. G (ALLFILES) ▒ Global search (global) Makes a file of all the searchresults. the maximum number of lines in the file, are 3000, Edit with ALT G. I (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Invert tags (local) If a file is tagged, then it gets untagged, or if a file is untagged, then it gets tagged. K (GIF) ▒ Kill the current slideshow If you want to erase the external slideshow then press K, you will be asked to press D, as second security. L (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Shows the total filelist Shows you the total filelist. M (GIF) ▒ Move local tagged files to the selected slideshow If you want to add GIFS from the current directory to the slideshow, then tag some GIFS with SPACE, and press M. You can only move GIFS, they are the only pictures that can run in a slideshow. Everytime you press M you append to the slideshow, edit the slideshow with E, kill the file with K D. Note: If you have toggled for filesize instead of GIFINFO then it will transfer filesize to tagbuffer. O ▒ Start screen blanker Starts the BLANKER.EXE in your C:\YOURDIR directory. You can setup your own screen saver with ALT O. P ▒ Password protect CDROM Password protects CDROM system. If you forget the password, reinstall from the beginning. Q (GIF) ▒ Quick search after GIF Searches and appends all found GIFS to the slideshowfile. R (GIF) ▒ Browse thru all tagged files (local) RIGHTKEY moves to next GIF. LEFTKEY moves back one GIF. ESC/F10 to stop DEL deletes file from taglist. When you see the same picture twice, it means that the viewer are at start position, when the viewer reaches the endposition it starts from the beginning, and you will hear a beep. If you delete a tag with DEL,you can't go back, because the file is not tagged anymore. S (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Search for a matching text, and tag the files (local) This is useful if you want to see a certain kind of file try searching for 640x480, and all GIF (if any) with this resolution, will be tagged. None of the search utilities in the menu system, are upper/lowercase sensitive. The number of tags, are the same as the items found. T (GIF) ▒ Toggle the list between GIFinfo/Filesize (local) If you want to see the filesize, instead of the GIFinfo then press T, pressing T again toggles back. V ▒ View total information Gives you the full information on the CDROM. The amount of GIF/ZIPS shown are the ones that can be accessed from the menu system, there can be more files on the CDROM. F1 ▒ Display HELP For HELP on HELP press F1. F2 ▒ Browse thru all tagged files in the tagfile RIGHTKEY moves to next GIF. LEFTKEY moves back one GIF. ESC/F10 to stop DEL deletes file from taglist. When you see the same picture twice, it means that the viewer are at start position, when the viewer reaches the endposition it starts from the beginning, and a beep will occur. F3 (GIF) ▒ Autorun slideshow from slideshow This allows you to run a automatic slideshow using the files you have saved in the tagfile. If you don't have files in your tagfile, then it will not run. The delay between pictures are specified with ALT O. Pause slideshow pressing SPACE, start pressing SPACE again stop slideshow pressing another key. If you want the TAGFLAG removed in the slideshow, then press T when you are asked, this way you can see what pictures you have seen, and those not seen. We deliver some predefined slideshows, ready to use. F4 (GIF) ▒ View ZIP archive View files inside ZIP archive, info about each file how it's stored, unzipped size, etc. F5 (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Copies the file at menu bar (local) If you want to copy a file, then press this key, you have to write a destination drive and directory. Destination syntax: C:\TEST\TRYFILE Will copy the highlighted file to C:\TEST\TRYFILE Note: It's important that you don't run out of diskspace on your system drive, this can cause problems. F6 (ALLFILES) ▒ Copies the tagged files Copies all the tagged files (local). If you want to copy all tagged files, then press this key you have to write a destination drive and directory. Destination syntax: C:\TEST\TRYFILE Will copy the tagged files to C:\TEST\TRYFILE Note: It's important that you don't run out of diskspace on your system drive, this can cause problems. you will get an errormessage, if diskspace is to low. F7 ▒ Toggle between helpmenus Lets you toggle between the helpmenus, so you don't have to press F1 everytime you want to see what functions each key haves. F8 (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Calculate sum of tagged files (local) This option calculates the sum of all the tagged files, in the current directory. F9 ▒ Show diskinformation Shows diskinfo on all drives except floppy. F10 ▒ Quit to MSDOS. Quits to MSDOS, and keeps the information in the slideshows. ALT C ▒ Clear screen Clears the screen ALT D ▒ Show time and date Opens a window, at random place, and shows the time/date. ALT E ▒ Set up external programs You can setup 10 different external programs. Syntax: #1 will transfer the highlighted file as a parameter to the program on the command line. #W wait for keypress after execution. If you want to format a floppydisk, then you can put in C:\DOS\FORMAT A: At the ALT F7 key, pressing ALT F7 executes the DOS format command. Pressing ALT F1 to ALT F10 executes the external programs. ALT F ▒ Start filemanager If you have some files for WINDOWS remember to toggle the manager with T, otherwise the files will not execute. ALT G ▒ Edit searchresults Edit the results of the search, you can move found GIFS to the current selected tagfile (ALT S), press F1, for help on the editor. ALT I ▒ PC Information Shows information about your PC. ALT J ▒ SHELL to DOS This function shell to MSDOS, and saves all info onto your harddisk, it remembers all info about tags etc. Start again with EXIT Do not attemp to start with CDMENU after an exit, this can cause serious damage to the system, and you may have to reinstall, from the beginning. ALT M ▒ Select sort method Selects the sort method, choose between sorting after filename, or sorting after text info. ALT O ▒ Set options Set options about type of GIFviewer, parameters etc. We deliver a package that are working 100%, if you mix it all up, you have to reinstall from the beginning. ALT R (GIF) ▒ Random show GIF Shows GIF in random order, in the current directory. ALT S (GIF) ▒ Select slideshow Select the slideshow to use, you can choose between slideshows: Items Filename Your own description 0 TAGFILE1.SLD : description 0 TAGFILE2.SLD : description 0 TAGFILE3.SLD : description 0 TAGFILE4.SLD : description 0 TAGFILE5.SLD : description 0 TAGFILE6.SLD : description 0 TAGFILE7.SLD : description 0 TAGFILE8.SLD : description 0 TAGFILE9.SLD : description You can make descriptions to each slideshow, press ALT S and then move the bar to the slideshow, you want to edit press ENTER for editing, you can only edit a description when a slideshow exists. Use the UP/DOWN keys, to select the slideshow. Pressing DEL will delete the highlighted slideshow, you can only delete slideshows that are not empty. Select the slideshow used when sliding/editing (E) with space. By choosing between multiple slideshows, you can make one with one type of pictures another slideshow with something else etc. Structure for slideshows in file \CDINFO\TAGF_STR.PAS We deliver some predefined slideshows, ready to use. ALT T ▒ Start filemanager in UNZIPDIR Change to the directory, where all the unzipped files are. ALT X ▒ Exit to DOS Exits the menu system, but keeps all info about slideshows tags, directory information. Start again, accessing the CDROM and typing CDMENU. ENTER (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Shows or unpacks the file at menu bar If the file is a GIF, then it will be shown, if it's a ZIP then it will be unpacked, and filemanager will be executed. SPACE (GIF/ZIP) ▒ Tag file at menu bar (local) Tags the file at the menu bar, the bar goes down one step if a file is tagged then it gets untagged. You can see if a file is tagged, then it will have a flashing √. Remember that you clears all tags, when you go out of a directory. UPARROW ▒ Moves up Moves the menu bar up one step. LEFTARROW ▒ Moves out of directory Moves back to the ROOT, and clears all the tagged files. RIGHTARROW ▒ Moves into directory Moves into a directory, you can also use the ENTER key. DOWNARROW ▒ Moves down Moves the menu bar down one step. HOME ▒ Moves to top of the list Moves to the top of the current directory. END ▒ Moves to bottom of the list Moves down to the bottom of the directory. PGUP ▒ Moves up one screen First it moves the menubar to the top, next time it moves a total screen up.
